ヒップホップ専門誌『The Source』でマイク5本獲得の名盤リスト

俺たち３０歳過ぎのＢたちにとって、アメリカ最大のヒップホップ雑誌、ソースマガジンのアルバムレビューでマイクを何本取ったかは（評価のこと）、今夜の晩御飯の献立と同様にとても大事なものでした。
しかし、過去に５本を取ったという話は伝説程度にしか聞いたことがなく、一体本当は誰のどれが５本なのか全く知る由もありません。（NAS「ILLMATIC」はかろうじてしってます。）
いまだ権威があるかは知りませんが、９０年代以前の作品に関してはどう考えてもクラシックでしょうね。
1988年は怒涛の５本ラッシュ。たしかに名盤ばかり。

後に訂正されたアルバムに関しては、世間の評価を元に修正されたんだと思いますが、評価する側にも好みってものがありますのでしょうがないのでしょう。ATCQなんかはストレートで1st、2ndが入っているところなんか、やっぱり凄いなーなんて思ってしまいます。あとドレ関連作品ね。ドレすごいな。
